The prices apply regardless of the season. Who stays longer pays less: from 7 nights -10%, from 14 nights -15%. For longer stays, please contact us. Also very nice for wintering from November to April.
Added extras: € 40,00 extra per day for a fifth guest. € 2,00 per person per day tourist tax. We don't accept dogs.

Check In
The underground garage door will open after entering a four-digit code. You will receive this code from us on the day of arrival after we have debited your credit card for the remaining 50% of the total amount. It is necessary to key in the number 5678 for the "Apartment 4" garage and this will also open the gate. The apartment key can be found on the wall to your left. Cross the second door of the driveway on the left to access the ground floor. On the right you will find the entrance for the apartment. Check In 4 pm., Check Out 11 am.

Reservations: valid upon receipt of a 50% deposit or receipt of valid card details.
Payment: effective from day of arrival, card details and 4 digit code needed to open garage door.

Cancellations: must be made 4 weeks prior to booking whereby the 50% deposit will be returned in full, except for € 40 administrative expenses. From four weeks to seven days before arrival, 50% of the total amount must be paid. Subsequently, 80% of the total amount.
